Hello everyone,
I am thinking to upgrade my pc so that I would be able to play next gen games like watchdogs, gta 5, the division etc on low settings at 720 p. Currently my pick is:
i3 3220 3.3 Ghz
EVM 4 gb ddr3 1333 Mhz
Radeon R7 240 1 gb ddr5 with boost

My question is this will my gpu be able to play such games at low and at 720p also will it work with my local psu(i dont Know) as i have run geforce 210 along with dual core e5200 2.5 Ghz with it
Any help will be highly appreciated

The only cards under 55w that would be usable at all for games are the r7 240, gt640, 750, and 750ti. The r7 240 and gt640 would be very lucky to play it at 720p even on low above 30fps. Like I said earlier, your best bet would be to drop down to a pentium and spend the money on a GTX750. It would still be low power, it would cost the same, but you would be able to run new games on medium instead of low.
If your budget is that low drop down to a pentium processor with a better graphics card. You're right that a new i3 with an r7 240 would get you low at 720p, but a new pentium with a 260x or GTX750 would get you medium at 720p for the same price.

but I dont want a pc that doesn't exceeds 110 in terms of tdp( both cpu and gpu combined)
any suggestions

as I said earlier I dont want a gpu with high tdp I choose this bcoz it has a max tdp of 30 watt can u suggest me a gpu with low tdp(upto 55w) and under 5000 inr
