Radeon R7 250 artifacts and temperature spikes

i have and Sapphire Radeon R7 250 1gb ddr5 card. its brand new. first i started to experience temperature spikes and after some days i got artifacts which only happen when i play crysis 3 and continues untill i restart my system.i used that card on stock 280w psu and then i changed to 500w to remove this problem.is this card or game problem?

my specs

c2q q9300
intel odr845 mobo
and 280w and 500w psu( i'm currently using 500w)

Probably the game, if the artifact glitching still occurs in different games it could be your GPU, as for the temperature spikes get some software like GPpU-Z which can tell you your GPU Temps.

i have msi afterburner. And the glitching and temp spikes happen randomly. is their any way to check if my gpu is bad? and thanks for your help
