Question Radeon R7 350 GPU Crashing.

Hello, recently got a new computer with a R7 350 in it, weirdly enough games such as GTA SA, Fortnite run, but games such as GTA V don't.
I get into the game and after about 20 second - 2 minutes in the game crashes. I've tried EVERYTHING, reinstalling the drivers, running the latest software, running the recommended software, even trying the older ones with no luck. Game such as rust first show a sign of flickering, the games colors turning from red > blue for a split second, then crashing. I've gotten the error ''AMD has detected a driver timeout..'' every single time it has happened. Any ideas on how to fix such a issue?

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu

check gpu temp?

Intel Core I5-4460 @ 3.20 GHz
16 GB Ram
Not sure of the motherboard
and the R7 350
I have no idea what the PSU is since I got the computer already pre-built in a store.

Is it safe to max out the GPU fan's to 100%?

I've seem to found the issue, the games are using too much of VRAM, and once it goes over some kind of limit, the amd drivers timeout, atleast that's what I think.
