Hello guys,

Just wondering if this graphic card is worth the buy.

MSI Radeon r7 360 2GB ITX version

for under $30
And if there is overclock potential and modded drivers or just something that improves the GPU a little, let me know

It works.

And yes for that cheap, friends... xD

Intel Pentium G4560
Kingston HyperX 4GB DDR4 2133mhz
Geforce GT 730
Corsair VS550

I am on a tight budget, bought all these parts for under $250 and got all other parts for free
for example the PC case and HDD

I don't know. I wouldn't expect to push a budget card very far. A small increase on a small performing card is still a small performance. I wouldn't stress your card so much. With an entry-level card like that, after making sure it's performing like it should, just turn off any framerate monitoring and enjoy the games at the level of performance it can give you.

Thank you 😀

On my card (I have a Sapphire Nitro R7 360), I managed to push my core clock from 1060Mhz to 1240Mhz though its more stable at 1200Mhz so I use that instead. My memory clocks I overclocked from 1500Mhz to 1625Mhz.

It depends on you card though, some overclock better than others, just use AMD Wattman in you Radeon settings. That way you don't damage anything, only your temps would increase and an unstable overclock can cause graphical glitches but can be reversed by reverting to defaults.

Edit: I also reflashed my GPU with my overclock settings as for some reason my clocks are always set back to default every time I shutdown my pc. Just google "HawaiiBiosReader" if you want to edit your bios. Be warned though, you can void your warranty, or brick your card if you mess up.

How do i use that VGA BIOS modifier?
is it easy to use or is it a bit advanced

Here is the guide I used to learn how to flash my GPU :
https://www.reddit.com/r/AMDHelp/comments/5q1b2a/290x390x_hawaii_bios_modding_streamlined_as_it/
and here is the guide I used to modify my GPU's bios:
http://www.overclock.net/forum/67-amd-ati/1561372-hawaii-bios-editing-290-290x-295x2-390-390x.html

Lastly I used GPUZ to extract my GPU's bios for editing and for roll back if I mess-up.

I would say its on the advance side, but if you dedicate time to study and assess the risks you should be fine.

Edit: Fixed incorrect link

I wouldn't modify bios if this is your only GPU. It's not a practical means of overclocking your everyday PC due to the risk involved. I've flashed dozens of GPU bios and had them semi-brick at least 4-5 times and had to use command-line interface to force a clean bios flash. Always backup the original bios.
