Radeon r9 270x compatible?

So heres the deal, I need a cheap PC rather quickly and I am a on budget.

I already have a Radeon r9 270x Graphics card along a Corsair CX750M PSU.
I want a PC that is compatible with both and that would allow me to play World of warcraft on low/medium.

I cannot see the second option, but if it's anything like the first, then I would not recommend either. As far as I can tell, there is no place to mount the third-party power supply you have, and while the first option offers a PCIe x16 slot for use with graphics cards, there is no telling if it will fit in that case. Not mention that the 270X, even though it's getting older, is probably overkill for WoW, but that's not a particularly bad problem to have. I think you may have better luck with a $500 pre-built from Newegg and perhaps sell what you have already. Just my suggestion.
