Question Radeon R9 280 overclocked with Corsair VS650 (v.2018)

Hello, today I bought Sapphire Radeon R9 280 Dual-X. I want to overclock this graphic card. Can I buy Corsair VS650 (v.2018)? I have i3 2100 CPU. Can this PSU run my pc?

It will run - but personally I would avoid the VS series unless you are absolutely on a budget and cannot (at all) stretch your budget to get a good quality unit.

I've seen the VS cause multiple issues in the past, and if something goes wrong, it has often taken other components with it.

Corsair VS are still some of the better budget models you can get, but any budget model is exactly that - budget - and are not usually made for safe overclocking, and the price drop is not worth them taking out the rest of your components.
