I have the sapphire radeon r9 280 and there is a small button on it, well it looks like it in and im scared to press it haha, im just wondering is it like turbo mode or something?

If it is the Sapphire logo it is the Dual BIOS ( Legacy and UEFI ) Support

This product supports both Legacy and UEFI BIOS. By factory default, the card itself is under Legacy mode.
By pressing the button with SAPPHIRE logo, UEFI mode will be easily enabled.
