Radeon R9 380 vs GeForce GTX 960. Not sure what I should go for

I have a build in the making. My specs are the Z97 pro gamer, i5 4460, Corsair vengeance 1600MHz 8GB. I have a £160 budget for my graphics card and I'm trying to buy the best card I can for my money and the two cards in the title are what I've found to be possible contenders, but I'm not sure. What's the best card I could get in my build that doesn't suck too much power, is reliable and has the best performance. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers!

except in certain gameworks titles, the r9-380 is noticeably better then the 960 in pretty much everything except for power draw.
