I have been using my msi Radeon RX 460 (4GB) for more than three months till now with no issues but when I moved my main TV, I decided to try It through HDMI.
The PC boot up normally and loads windows normally till just before welcome screen and the TV displays "No Signal" but when I move the HDMI cable to the PC monitor it turns out that windows has actually started.
I tried lowering the resolution but no luck 🙁
What could be the problem ?

Solution
Interesting.

1366x768 is not a typical TV resolution, and certainly not for a 4K panel.

Typical 4K panel supports 3840x2160 via HDMI 2.0, 1920x1080 and 1280x720 via non labeled HDMI ports.

For 4K support you will need a decent 'High Speed' HDMI cable.

To get it working so you can adjust the resolution, set your monitor to 1280x720@50Hz, then plug it into the non-2.0 ports on the TV, that might get it going.

So the monitor is VGA and 720p and requires the use of an adapter, but the tv is a 4k HDR tv that requires HDMI?

I think that's your problem. You're trying to switch between them as if they are both the same. It might be possible to do that with two monitors, because since they'd be computer monitors then they are likely to be plug and play. A television isn't the same thing, a television may require you to configure things yourself.
