Hey, I was wondering if anyone had any information on a gpu I should get. I’m looking for something in the $100-150 range. I don’t mind buying used, but if I can get something new, it might be better. Ive been considering getting a Radeon RX 480, 570, or 580 or maybe a GTX 1060. Which one of these do you think I could get the most bang for my buck out of??

Solution
I disagree, the 1650's performance is sub-par compared to the rest, and commands more money than most RX 570 cards.

I would also disregard the 1060 6GB, as its price is a bit elevated relative to the RX 580.

Ignore the 1060 3GB.

The RX 470 and 480 aren't available new anymore.

In the US, here's a list of RX 570 and RX 580, in order of price, mix of 4 and 8 GB models. I've seen the RX 570 4GB go for as low as $119.99, and the RX 580 8GB (only once or twice) go for as low as $159.99. Currently, however, the lowest priced models of each are $129.99 and $164.99, respectively.

If your $150 is a hard maximum limit, then the RX 570 4GB is the only good choice.
The RX580 is effectively a higher clocked RX480, and the RX580 is comparable with the GTX 1060. Personally given those choices I would discount the RX480 and RX570 from a performance point of view.

And things were finely balanced between the RX580 and GTX 1060 as they would swap leads depending on the games.

SirGhosty Hello. Assuming that you live in the United States, I recommend that you purchased a used RX 580 8 GB. There are many fine examples on Ebay US for $100 or slightly less. Just make sure to purchase the 8 GB version and do not buy the 4 GB variant. Also, with the left over $50 in your budget, I recommend that you purchase an SSD, if you don't already have one in your system. The first link below is a faster NVMe SSD (which I personally own and recommend). The second link below is a not-as-fast SATA SSD, but it's still a huge performance boost over a mechanical hard drive. The third link is to the RX 580 8 GB. Even though most of the results show buy it now prices starting at $130, you'll notice that most of them sell just under $100 when you click "sold" in the bottom of the left nav.
