Radeon RX 540 vs Nvidia MX150

I am going to buy a new laptop and I can't decide which GPU is best between Radeon RX 540 and GeForce MX150. I am going to use the laptop for some gaming, CAD and internet browsing.
The problem is , there is not enough information about the RX 540 and benchmark results are always a mixed bag.
the CPU on both laptops is the same : i5 8250U so are the other specs (except for GPU)

They are both in the same range of speeds, there is practically no difference in the cards.
