Radeon RX 550 not reconized by computer at all

i have just received my new GPU and it is not recognized by my computer at all even looking from programs like Everest.i run a computer repair business so its not like im not savvy to this situation. Ive used the processes of elimination to the point as far as it would take me but Ive proven the GPU works(in a different computer) and Ive proven the PCI-E x16 port works(by using a different GPU) i cant find where the problem is coming from i meet all min requirements as far as system specs go. well ide figure ide give y'all the specs of every thing and see if y'all can find why its not compatible.

I believe that card requires a UEFI compatible bios. Unfortunately that old HP board is legacy only.

That seamed to be the only answer i could come up with myself. and seeing as there is no bios update for my mother bord then its really the mother bord holding me back. not like its 9 Years old or anything. I thank that my best corse of action is to well save up and build a new computer based around a more "modern" mother bord. This is what i was thanking of building any feedback would be welcomed and appreciated

Don't build with the FX platform. Ryzen is a much much better platform.
