[SOLVED] Radeon RX 570 4G Armor OC - Fans Spin But No Display

So I bought a 2nd hand Radeon RX 570 ARMOR 4G OC . But it doesn't work. The fans spin but my monitor cannot detect the display.

PSU: Colorful CF-G1250WN 80+ Platinum
Cable: DVI (I don't have any HDMI and my monitor only supports VGA and DVI)

Things that I have already done (Which Doesn't Work):

• Clean Install of OS
• Booting without HDD ( DVI connected to the graphics card )
• Booting with HDD (Graphics Card Installed but the DVI is connected to the motherboard)
• Booting with HDD (Graphics Card Installed and the DVI is connected to it)
• Disabling the default display adapter
• Installed the gpu driver (win10-radeon-software-adrenalin-2020-edition-20.8.3-sep8)
• I tried using my old powersupply (Quantum QT-600MX)

Additional Info:

• I have an old graphics card that's GTX 460 SE and it also rarely works. I plug it in and out until it works.
• I'm using my computer right now without a videocard.

My own insight:

• The DVI connector could be faulty when it's connected to the graphics card.
• My NVMe PCIe Gen3 x4 22110 M.2 Slot could be quite faulty.

Any suggestions and opinions? Thank you.

try changing your DVI cable ..and check.
if cable working then maybe its your Motherboard PCI port problem
