If this card has double the hash performance of the RX 6600 XT, with double the power consumption, then it is effectively as good as two 6600. If the power draw is indeed 125W, this is a very good mining card.
We need more manufacturers doing this with older-gen chips, so miners can get more effective cards (it uses one slot, instead of two for the RX) and leave the gaming cards to gamers.
The power draw figure seems plausible because polaris was designed to be more efficient but what happened was the 1060 6GB which beat the RX 480 is most benchmarks. AMD released the RX 580 just to beat it. The only difference is clock speed. Polaris when clocked lower can be very efficient.
