[SOLVED] radeon rx 570 vs geforce gtx 1060

I was looking at a game system requirments and for a gpu i was recommended one of these two gpus.

I want to know why are they recommended even tho from what i can see they have different performance index.

below are calculation without overcoocking the processor.
radeon rx 570 - geforce gtx 1060
Pixel rate: 37 - 72 GP/s
Texture rate: 149 - 120 GT/s
Bandwidth: 224 -192 GB/s
vRAM: 8 - 6 GB

A GTX 1060 is faster. It's more comparable to an RX 580.

right but the derived metrics abobe give a clearer measure of performance than generic speed is it not?

Actual game performance is the most important metric.
