Question Radeon Rx 570 worked for 45mins now dead.

I recently bought a Radeon Rx 570 to upgrade from geforce 760. I installed it & downloaded the drivers and everything was going fine. About 30-45mins later my monitors just turned off. The gpu has power, but when i turn on my pc the fans on the 570 just twitch and dont run, no monitors turn on. I put my 760 back in and everything is working fine.

So is my brand new gpu dead or what?

I already put a request for new gpu from amazon so :/

I just wouldnt understand why it would work for 30mins then not work again. The blue light shows next to power plug but when i turn pc on the fans twitch and nothing happens.
