Question Radeon rx 5700 custom cards release

So the RX 5700 is a good card but my issue is that it doesn't have a great cooler. I am interested in the custom partner cards but they aren't available. Everything i see is them saying their release dates were this and last week and I see the cards on Amazon and Newegg but they are all out of stock. So why are they released but companies like sapphire, gigabyte, and power color aren't allowing them to be purchased and shipped. And before anyone asks if i was just too slow to get one, I was not. I woke early on all the mornings they released and checked multiple times every day since the first brand released one but they are never there.
Tldr: why are all the RX 5700 custom cards out of stock

Are all the CUSTOM AIB models out in the market yet ? I think it might take few more weeks, IMO ? Which brand are you actually looking for ?

They are on Newegg and Amazon but haven't been stocked on their website. I'm looking at the gigabyte rx 5700 gaming oc

That's what I'm doing. Lul. I'm dying though I haven't played games in like 2 weeks cuz I had to return my old gpu before the return date was past.
