[SOLVED] Radeon RX 5700 XT loads motherboard bios but want load windows

i just got the card and I am having a problem with it maybe, so the card will load the motherboard bios but goes black screen when windows loads up even in safe mode.

Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
CPU
AMD FX-8350
Vishera 32nm Technology
RAM
32.0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 803MHz (9-9-9-24)
Motherboard
ASUSTeK Computer INC. M5A78L-M PLUS/USB3 (AM3R2)
power supply is 1200 Watt 80 PLUS Gold

You have the card properly hooked up with power?

You have your monitor plugged into the card or your motherboard output?

Also you are going to have pretty bad bottlenecks with your FX-8350 and that card, that CPU is way under-powered to let that card reach its potential.

Download DDU (Display Driver Unistaller) Then boot into safe mode and run it and uninstall any old Nvidia or AMD drivers you may have and try again,

I actually experienced a similar issue with my 5700 XT, For some reason I would just get a black screen, so I reinstalled my old 1070 and installed the latest Nvidia drivers. Powered off my computer, swapped to the 5700 XT without removing the Nvidia drivers and it worked.
