Radeon rx 580 8gb only showing 4gb usage?

Have a look, what on earth is going on? I really need to have all 8GB usable. Test was done on can i run it.

That site is worthless. Completely and totally worthless.

Download GPU-Z. Install GPU-Z. Run GPU-Z. Run the GPU-Z test to see what it reports.

Chances are good you simply have a 4GB model. There are both 4 and 8GB RX 580 cards, so if you THOUGHT you got an 8GB model, you probably did not.

He edited the post to remove it. Which is fine. Silly, but fine. Lot's of people use that site, it's just not realistic or accurate. Too many variables to be worthwhile. Much like the Game debate and GPU boss.
