Seems is has the price is about £50 above straight $ to £ plus 20 but that is not bad.

Oh man now you are being cheap, the 6600 is now touching 219 when on sale w/rebate.

I don't blame ya. That 3050 you want is gonna drop to that price, but it's gonna take another 5 months before all the other higher end cards nvidia cards drop low enough where it can't be feasible to keep it at that price they are selling for now.

In canada they are still touching 449 bucks for the high end models.
to be frank im more than fine with GTX 1080 performance. I game but I dont need a lot to do so. The used fury x I bought brought me great joy.

I wonder how the performance increased when the 7970 got a driver boost.

I figured you'd be speaking in usd, what they want for the 3050 is insane!

I picked up a fury x used at the height of fighting for gpu's and it was perfect.

I still really like the fury line, only issues are the 4gb vram and the lack of driver support. It was pretty crappy of AMD to cut support to those cards in the middle of a shortage like that, that could have been better timed.

this is inevitable now and will bottom down even further when there will be successors for the low end and entry-level graphics but those aren't coming until later on next year. The pressure will come directly from the top of the stack.
