Will Radeon rx460 gpu work with AMD Athlon(tm) 7550 Dual-Core processor or will be there bottlenecks?

It will work. I don't like the term "bottleneck" though.

The Athlon 7550 was a low-end CPU when it was released in 2007, and it is a decade old now. Even if you pair a fast video card with it, your CPU does not meet the minimum requirements for most new games, so expect them to run poorly or not at all.
