radeon rx580 video card with corsair 750 watt cx750 m

I just buy a msi radeon rx580 video card...but when I hook it up with pci express cable it wont start...if I unp[lug the cable to the video card it will start...I have tried this rx580 in my other computer and it works so it cannot be the card..any help would be helpful...I have so many cables for other power supplys and maybe this cable even though it say pci express on it is maybe wrong cable..also I tried many more pci express cables that I have in my junk pile..

You can't just go swapping out PCIe cables from different PSUs. They can have different pin configurations and cause problems. You need to use the cables that were made for that power supply.

yea i thought it was the correct cable but i think your right about this...thanks for you input volkgren...i learned my leason....
