Radeon Settings Update Issue

Hello, It seams I have a problem with radeon settings updates. (at least I think is a problem)
I searched over the internet but nothing came up, maybe I didn't search enough or maybe didn't use the correct terms but point is i came up with nothing so I thought to ask here.

When I tried t o update crimson, this is what came up.
(currently installed 15.301.1901-160226a-299900e)
(new update 16.15.2211-160321a (WHQL) (update 1)
(new update 16.15.2111-160314a (Beta) (update 2)

Now, I haven't tried the beta version only the WHQL version.
When I click update and then proceed it says, "New driver is available.
Click upgrade to download and install the driver."
It sounded fishy at first because it said "new driver" and not "new driver update" or new update".
Anyways I clicked "Upgrade" button and then after download I saw the prompt to install the driver
which I canceled and came here because the new driver was
(AMD-Catalyst-15.7.1-Without-DOTNet45-Win8.1-64bit). I don't understand,
I mean I had this version before and I made a clean uninstall in safe-mode using DDU and only then installed the crimson edition. I need ot know why is it that the crimson update is sending me back to catalyst and not actually updating with the new version. Thank u very much.

Hello again. After a visit to a Computer Service Shop, I found out that apparently CRIMSON needs CATALYST also in some pcs/laptops to update correctly. Therefore I installed the "driver upgrade" update and everything is working fine and updates are being installed correctly.
