[SOLVED] Radeon software 2nd time missing on my pc

this is the second time my driver is missing in my computer, not error or anything, completely disappear.

always use/download the newest driver in amd website. its not everyday missing, like this hours, boot up pc, click icon game, and got notification minimum dx 10 require for running game. right click on my desktop and no radeon software on options.

Ryzen 5 2600

Team Force 2x8 DDR4 2666mhz

XFX RX480 8GB Black Edition GTR

Adata Spectrix XPG 512GB M2 NVME

Windows 10 64bit



anyone have idea? i think its not vga card since i can bootup to windows and my screen appears, my suspect is either my adata m2 nvme or antivirus. anyone have same problem and found solutions?

Perhaps check and see which version of Windows 10 you're currently on? You might want to manually install the drivers using an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Make sure your BIOS is up to date as well. Make and model of your PSU? Age as well?
