Question Radeon software problem

What is reason for "This app can't run on your PC" message?

I recently updated windows from 1709 to 1909 because both 20h1 and h2 won't work.when installing the new version of radeon drivers. It does launch but gives the above message.

Yeah no problem now. It updated by the driver founder.
