Radeon wattman causing pc to freeze?

Ever since i had to reinstall my r7 260x (clean installed drivers) radeon wattman keeps crashong and causing my pc to freeze? What can i do?

Have you tried the minimal setup? Select it and then only install the display driver and the audio if you require audio over DVI, otherwise the display driver only.
