i hv budget around $900, may i buy 9500,9600 or 9800se ?

What budget do you have!? Are you sure that $900 you typed is correct? Or did you mean $90?

Anyway, the fastest of the three cards you mentioned there is Radeon 9500 Pro if you can find one. Second fastest is Radeon 9600 Pro and the slowest of the 3 is the 9800 SE.

You forgot none of the cards you mention fit into his budget...

Anyway i would go for ti4200 with your current budget and if you can increase budget to $150US try to look for 9500pro or 9600pro.

Anyway, I agree with you. Go with Ti4200 or if you increase your budget a bit, go with 9600 Pro or 9500 Pro.

Never buy an Ati card with "SE" in the name.

9800 = Good
9800SE = Horrible
