Radiator and fan config for new case

I've recently purchased a new case and cooler and have been trying to figure out the best fan and radiator configuration for my build for the CPU and GPU temps to stay safe. (I live in FL so room temp is higher than average)

I wont be using the fan that comes with the case, I have 5 White LED case fans that will be used instead

And yes, I'm proud of how ridiculous and goofy this case looks

Ideally, if possible, I'd be putting the radiator in the front of the case as an intake. Otherwise, as the top exhaust. Intake is preferable because of the cooler air coming in.
