Would Noctua SSO Bearing Fan Retail Cooling NF-P14s redux-1500 PWM work great with a Corsair h115i AIO cooler?

Would 1500 RPM be enough?

I bought these because from reviews the default Corsair fans seem to be noisy under full performance load and someone recommended me these fans...The other noctua ones are really expensive at almost 30 USD so would these work just as well?

I'm looking to keep a i7 5820k Cool at Overclocked to 4.4 Ghz at 1.3 V with this cooler and fan set up.

Any help or advise is welcomed :D

Solution
Yes, they would be good fans for radiator use as they are fairly quiet and have strong static pressure. I would expect the same or better cooling performance, while quieter.

I was hoping for that because my current cooling solution sounds like an Airport :| It's so loud and irritating when I;m browsing and don't feel like listening to music or playing games, it's currently the Corsair h100i gtx, so I'm hoipng for maximum performance and quietness with this cooler :D
