Question Radiator fans connect to external fan header or to motherboard cpu fan header

Hi im confused if i can plug the radiator fans to the lian li header alongside the other case fans or if it should be on the cpu fan header on the motherboard.

Fans: Lian li uni fan SL120
Motherboard: Rog B550-A Gaming
AIO: Kraken Z73

Radiator fans typically go the CPU fan header that way they react to CPU temps, and avoid giving you a CPU_FAN ERROR at boot.
Additionally, wherever you plug the pump into, it should be running at 100%.

So i connect one cable to the motherboard and the lighting cable to the lian li hub right?

Im not the most familiar with modern RGB setups, but I would imagine that would work.
