Radiator Fans in opposite directions on same side of radiator

Is it efficient to have 2 fans blowing in opposite directions on one side of my radiator? As in one pushing into radiator and one pulling air out of the case. I have an AIO cooler with a 2 fan width radiator, and I am trying to determine the best fan setup.

No, the currents of air will collide with each other leaving up to 50% of net airflow lost. Keep them blowing the same way, it will not only be more efficient, but cool the entire rest of your components better

Alright. Would you recommend fans pushing into or pulling from radiator? My fans make noise when I have them pulling, but if that is the better solution, I will have to deal with it.

Usually pull is better for keeping dust under control, but if it makes a sound, just go for push, there will be very little deviation.
