Radiator or fans ?

Solution
Should I use fans or radiator ?
Yes.

In common PC terms, a "radiator" is quite similar to the radiator in your car. And it looks a lot like it. It is connected to the heat source by liquid filled tubestubes.
A Cryorig A80, perhaps.
A pump circulates the liquid past the heat source, and into the radiator.
Fans blow air across the radiator fins to distribute the heat into the room.

And air cooler (CM 212 EVO or similar) also uses fans, and it also has a 'radiator'. That big series if fins is a 'radiator'. Just no actual 'liquid' flowing through it. The heat is generally conducted by copper tubes, and then into the fins. Again, fans blow across thos fins, moving the heat and hot air out into the room.

You also need other fans, to...
Hello... They have made radiators to mount in typical fan hole patterns... you will want your water radiator at the highest point of the case... typically the Top of the case fan cutout or the Back Top case fan cut out, for mounting... cut-out sizes will determine if the radiator, of your choice will fit.

You also need other fans, to bring in cool air into the case, and extract warm air.
