I have limited room in my H440, not complaining I love my case :O, and I want to cool my crossfire 290(390FVbios) with Water preferably a NZXT G10 bracket.

Anyways my two questions: One, is there going to be any temperature difference with double stacked radiators? From what I know and can theorize anyways, is that there should be almost no difference in temps with stacked rads due to there still being airflow.

Two, I am planning buy two H50(H55?) to cool the 290s. Would this be enough?

Solution
Stacking radiators is a poor cooling choice, there have been many tests done and you lose a lot of cooling performance on the 2nd radiator.

Also, you want to cool a 275-300 watt GPU (at stock speeds) with a very thin 120mm aluminum radiator and poor pump that can only dissipate at absolute best, maybe 130-140 watts? You are showing you want to OC the GPUs, so add additional heat watts to each.

Also, you can't run the radiator outside through the grommets on the case - this would require you to open the cooler which A) voids the warranty and B) makes it difficult to make sure you fill and re-seal again on a closed loop cooler.

Sorry - I'm not an advocate for closed loop coolers. They just don't perform well enough for my taste and...

I have my case 'modded' to have one aio loop outside, so that should be enough lol. (Literally slits in the case for wiring and such that extend from the grommets to the outside through the metal.)

So I should grab what a H80 or an NZXT X41?

I just don't have the funding for a whole Open Loop setup :O
