I am thinking about water cooling my CPU (6600k at 4.1GHZ) and my gtx 1070 (Core clock up to 2016mhz and memory clock at 4449mhz) and my NZXT s340 only has 4 fan slots, i was wondering if i could use all 4 fan slots for Rads

For every rad, you're going to need a fan to dissipate the heat that will pass through it. In order to accomplish getting a rad in every fan placement, you'll need very slim radiators and that would mean some very noisy fans. The best course of action if you want to go for a custom watercooling loop inside the S340 is to have the front and rear fan locations with 240/280 and 120/140mm rads but the rear rad will be limited to 35.5mm minimum(courtesy of XSPC) and if the waterblock and VRM heatsinks don't interfere then you can look at 45mm radiators.

Do keep in mind that the average fan will be of 25mm thickness. Might I also suggest reading through the watercooling sticky(linked in my sig)...to better understand TDP/Delta-T instead of...
