OK, I'm getting varied answers on this in other topics I've posted on
others forums, so I'll ask it point blank here: Will an ATI Radeon
9550 256 MB card play The Sims 2 for me? The box and website do not
list this one specifically, but they do list the 9500 and 9600 (and
9550 falls right in between those two, doesn't it?), and it seems to
have all of the specs needed, if a bit on the low end.

As long as you have a decent processor ( ~1.5 ghz or faster) and 512 meg or
more ram it should run fine. With less than this it will run, but not very
well.

ATI Radeon (Mobility 9000) has only 64MB... But the game is running
perfectly fine (I have 1GB RAM anyway).

There are special drivers (not from ATI) which did the trick, get them
from http://www.omegadrivers.net - My whole computer is much faster
with these drivers!!!

You may also want to get RadLinker from
http://www28.brinkster.com/chrisww1942
if it's not included with the drivers anymore.

Have fun!
