Hello again people. I had my cmos battery fail today on my Asus Sabertooth Z87 motherboard And I was using two 3tb drives in raid 0. After replacing the battery and rebooting and getting all my bios setting rebuilt the Raid drive reads as not bootable and I have close to 4 tb of private data that I can not afford to lose including everything from a game I was building to notes and files for my job that could end badly if I lost them.

Does anyone know how to either recover the data or rebuild the raid without lossing data. And i'm pretty much not willing to pay for raid reconstructor.

Solution
Pretty much raid reconstructor and a large external storage solution to copy the data to is about your only option. Only other option is a data recovery firm and that's going to cost more. You are learning an expensive lesson on why you should keep a good backup. It could be worse if a drive had died then the data recovery firm would be the only option.

Motherboard Raid Controller, i'm still learning all this stuff so I think that's what info you wanted XD
