Don't know if it is possible, but it certainly would not be worth it.
Ram access is already as fast as you can get assuming you are in dual channel mode.
It would only be worth doing if:
A) Each RAM drive were on a separate memory module and
B) The modules that the RAM drives are on are not already interleaved (RAM defaults into a raid 0 mode when you have an even number of sticks)
Realistically, even if you could guarantee the above, the CPU overhead very well could cause it to be even slower than 1 big RAM drive.
