Raid 0 or spanning. which is faster?

this has been asked before but responders have got mixed up with disk types etc.
I have 3 identical samsung 256 pro ssds connected to a pcie 4 sata port, 6gbs card.
I can set these up as RAID 0 or Spanned disks.
Which would be faster? Spanned or RAID 0?

RAID 0 does not scale with SSD's the way it did with HDD's.

Personally, I'd leave them as individual drives.
