I have a 64 GB SanDisk SSD and i wanted to ask is it possible to put it in raid 0 with an 128 GB SanDisk...

It is, but the combined size will be 128GB. It will always downsize to the smallest HDD/SSD in the array, in this case 64GB.

As stated you get no size increase by doing this. So you will get some speed increase with a large risk of data lose running in raid 0.

So you are saying that i will not get 128+64 i will just get 64? and if i upgrade to a 64 gb i will get 128?

No, r0 means you multiply by two, that means, if you had two 128GB drives, you'd get a 256GB r0 drive. But as you said, one SSD is 64GB and the other is 128GB, means you'll get 64GB+64GB=128GB.

Raid 0 is dividing ALL data into two halves, and you can see the problem if one SSD was allowed to keep its entire size, you'd end up with only half the data on the excess 64GB the 128GB has compared to the other SSD.
