You are incorrect.
The M.2 ports on that board have both dedicated sata and pcie connections. Even if you installed two m.2 sata drives you would still have 6 remaining sata ports. But your 951's are pciex4 type m.2 drives. Putting two of these into your motherbd and raiding them is possible thru uefi but not sensible as the two slots share 4 pcie lanes and would drop each drive to half speed which you regain with a raid0 array. So you are better off just buying one larger M.2 pcie drive.
