[SOLVED] RAID 1 Always active writing/reading 50% activity. Normal?

RAID 1 Always active when I look into Resource Monitor the two hdd's in RAID are allways writing/reading 50% activity at least. I didn't noticed in the first days ( one week since I bought them ) but in the last 3 days it's always like this when I look. Is this normal and why? I made this RAID to store my documents and photos, I thought it should be active only when I access the data. I really appreciate if you can clarify this for me.

It seems that is syncing, is doing this a lot. Let's hope it goes away over time
