Raid 1 disc fail? Which disc?

Hello,

I have a 2 disc Raid 1 mirror setup which was OK but now has problems.

When I startup I am offered two options, either:
Windows 7 - when selected just continually boot-loops, trying to repair without success.
Windows 7 Secondary Plex - when selected, Windows starts OK.

When I remove either of the drives, Windows will not start.

Is the original main drive faulty, as I suspect, and which drive is which so I can "unmirror" the healthy one and remove the faulty drive.

Windows management shows both drives

Disk 0 has a "Healthy" System partition but a "Failed Redundancy" C partition.
Disk 1 has no System partition and a "Failed Redundancy" C partition.

I have taken a screen snip but can't show it as I do not have a URL for it.

Any help/advice sincerely appreciated.

Update:

To further confusticate me, I just took a peek at the Event Viewer which shows the ID11 fault as being with HardDisk2.

Yet Windows Disk Management shows my drives as being Disk 0 and Disk 1 (not Disk 2).

I'm guesstimating it refers to Disk 1 (in Disk Management) but wish I could be sure.

Which also shatters my earlier assumption that it was the first drive which had a fault ("Windows 7" as opposed to "Windows 7 Secondary Plex", at StartUp).

Proper confused, now!! Please help.

Yes Disk 2 is Disk 1 on Management.

What you can do is when it starts up, it should show the Serial of both drives. Look at which one is bad, power off the PC, and see which one had that serial. then you have your bad drive.
