How do I check for a bad drive in RAID 1 in Win10? In Win 7 I had a RAID icon that I could see the health etc. of each drive. I can't find any way to see my drives in Win10.
Is your raid 1 thru a dedicated controller card, thru the Chipset/motherbd Controller, or Software Raid from Win10 pro ?
I believe it is through the motherboard. I don't see a card and the drives are wired directly to the board. And I have had the RAID 1 for several years (Win 7) and prior to Win 10 there was an icon in the task bar that would let me look at my RAID drives, settings etc. whenever I wanted to. Not there anymore and when I try to look at drives through Windows it shows a single Drive C:.
At this point, we need to know your which model# motherbd you have and which sata ports those drives are connected too. Some motherbds have multiple sata controllers onboard.

Well, I know I have a Gigabyte GA-PH67A-UD3-B3 , but I don't know how to tell what the ports are. I can't see anything that tells me that info.
