Why would you think they are in a RAID array?
Please show us a screencap of the Disk Management window.
And give us a full rundown of all parts in this system, especially the drives.

Because when i bought my pc they were my 2 ssd 250gb were in raid 0 and my ssd 1tb were in raid 1

Bad move by whomever you bought this from.
SSD + RAID 0 is useless.
But, 250+250+ RAID 0 = 500GB.
What is the 1TB doing with a potential RAID 1?
That math does not work.

Well..it is "OK", in respect to it is working.
As said...SSD + RAID 0 is pretty useless.
And a RAID 0 on any drive type should only be used if you know why you want to, and only if you have a known good backup of the whole thing.

Then all is good.
I strongly urge you to start a good backup routine, and think about undoing that RAID 0.

I have done crap yesterday downloading my bios and raid got deactivated in bios so i couldnt start the pc because my windows is in that two ssds

RAID 1 is a mirror between 2 identical drives.
You don't have that.
2x 250GB in a RAID 0, and a single 1TB.
And this is one of the many reasons RAID 0 is a bad idea.
Especially if you don't know why it is there, or how to recover from an incident.
You have 3 physical drives.
I don't know what you paid for, but whoever it was ripped you off.

Identify the problem before applying a solution.
No idea of "why" you may be seeing low FPS in GTA. But it probably is not your storage devices.

It could be a LOT of things.
The BIOS config is not one of them. But then again, all your messing around in there may have changed <something>.
