RAID 1

Hello,we have an old Dell Server that is being used to gather SCADA information from a water system. The server has dual SCSI drives that are set to RAID 1 but one of them failed yesterday. The system is old and will not be in use much longer but we need to keep it working until the new system is up. How can I get it to use the remaining good drive while we get the new system in operation?
