RAID 5 on the A8N32-sli delux

hi all, i want to setup a raid 5 on my PC. on page 5-28 of the manual says to go in the raid utility and choose
which raid you want. it gives you options mirroring, striping, stripe mirroring and spanning. None of these are Raid 5. how do i setup raid 5?

Normally there is a RAID BIOS whose message displays during bootup just after the main BIOS, but before Windows boots. Press the special key to go into that BIOS, then set up the RAID volume there. Then, you can partition & format it for Windows.

actually i know how to set it up, but i don't see an option for raid 5. i see raid 0, 1, 0+1 and JBOD.
