RAID Controller on B75?

I have a B75 motherboard and the chipset only supports one sata 6Gbps port, would it still be possible to use a PCIe RAID controller to RAID two Crucial MX100 SSDs? Also would I be able to duplicate my hard drive onto the array?

I don't see why not, but nice PCIe raid controllers cost more than most nicer boards, so I would probably just upgrade my board to support more ports/raid.
