RAID on a GA-965P-DS3?

Can I do a RAID-0 set up plus another data HDD on the gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 even though it has the Intel ICH8 Southbridge?

I plan on using 2x WD 1600AAJS for the RAID and one Seagate 7200.10 320gig for data/backup.

The DS3 does RAID, just gotta install those drivers AFAIK.
