Can you RAID two SSD's?

That is my SSD above. Would I be able to RAID two or 3 of these and have it be stable?
My problem is that I'm running out of room on this drive. Games are averaging 10gbs and I have 25gigs left. I originally had steam installed on my other HDD (1TB) and after I installed l4d2, the next day it said it wasn't installed. So I'm forced to install it on my SSD.
