Question Raid Storage Drive shown offline after replacement of C Drive

I have replaced the C drive in my machine, and my Raid 5 storage drives are shown as off line. I have tried bringing them online with the disk manager and Command prompt, disk list/select disk / online
How can I bring them back online, do I have to do it through the BIOS if so will I lose all the data on the drives?

replace c drive meaning fresh install?
what the hardware spec?
so it a software raid?

and I assume no backup?
